Your Leadership Brand: How to Show Up for Your Team and Organization

This session focuses on letting leaders define their purpose and build their personal leadership brand.   

What type of leadership will be effective with your team and respected in your organization, while also feeling like a good fit for your personality and strengths? This is a question that leaders need to answer the first time they accept a supervisory role, and each time they take on a new position right up to CEO. Thoughtfully adapting your leadership style or “leadership brand” to fit new situations, people and challenges is essential to being confident and successful. Ignoring leadership blind spots, or assuming that what worked in the past will work in the future, sets a leader up to struggle and fail.

This workshop helps each participant develop a clear picture of the leader they want and need to be at this stage in their career. It reviews what prominent researchers and authors define as the most important qualities of effective leaders. And, it challenges each participant to compare their current leadership toolkit to the needs and expectations of their team and their organization.
